The Philippines People’s Choice Award for Project of the Year is one of the few honors to be voted on by the public which makes it unique. A total of 11 of the country’s best and brightest real estate projects competing this year.
Online voting took place in November with the votes tallied shortly before the Dot Property Philippines Awards 2021 Presentation Day in Metro Manila.
The Philippines People’s Choice Award for Project of the Year 2021 was won by Grand Residences Cebu from developer Grand Land. The outstanding condominium project has raised the bar for real estate in Cebu and is seen as one of the country’s premier places to both live and invest in.

Park Cascades from Alveo Land won the inaugural People’s Choice Award for Project of the Year at the Dot Property Philippines Awards 2019 while there was no winner in 2020 as the awards were postponed due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
