The core business of the Company is to undertake and develop AFFORDABLE Mixed Housing Development Projects which are situated at strategic locations which we believe would enhance our purchasers' investment. We currently have 5 branches situated in Seremban, Negeri Sembilan; Masjid Tanah, Melaka; Triang, Pahang; Sepang, Selangor; and Telok Panglima Garang, Selangor. Up to end of 2011, we had managed to complete and deliver properties worth of total amount of RM950 million.
